ANATOLI MINENKO Peacefully at home, on Tuesday, August 6, 2002, Tony passed away at the age of 77 years. He is survived by his wife Helen, daughter Valerie Larsen (Rick), son Victor Minenko (Roberta), his granddaughter Krystal Larsen, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends throughout Ukraine, Canada, and the United States. He was predeceased by his parents and his two sisters. Tony came to Canada from the Ukraine in 1949, where he and his family spent two years living in Emerson, MB before moving to Winnipeg. He enjoyed his 38 years working at J.M. Schneider & Sons, until his retirement in 1990. During his retirement he enjoyed fishing, going mushroom and berry picking, and playing cribbage with his friends. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 12 at 2:00 p.m., with viewing one hour prior to service at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. A reception will be held at the Chapel after the service. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of their choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
