JANE STOBIE Suddenly on August 11, 2002 Jane Stobie passed away at the Lions Prairie Manor at the age of 86 years. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Marion (Harvey) Kelly of Unity, SK; son Drew (Heather) Stobie of Portage la Prairie; grandchildren, Darcy (Sandra) Kelly of Unity, SK, Erin (Trevor) Barker of Sherwood Park, AB and Robert and Benson Stobie of Portage la Prairie. A service of celebration of her life will be held on Friday, August 16 at 1:30 p.m. at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, 56 Royal Road S., Portage la Prairie, MB. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Janes memory to Trinity United Church, 15 Tupper St. S., R1N 1W7 or a charity of ones choice. A tree will be planted and cared for in memory of Jane by McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel who are entrusted with the arrangements, 857-4021.
