ROBERT BRUCE WETHERALL Robert Bruce Wetherall, aged 56, of Cavalier, ND, died suddenly at his home near Cavalier on August 13, 2002. Memorial service will be on Friday, August 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jensen-Askew Funeral Home in Cavalier. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. in Winnipeg, MB. Robert was born on March 13, 1946 in Hamilton, ON, the son of Bruce and Violet (Hain) Wetherall. He graduated from Waterdown High School in Waterdown, ON. He married Tamara Pett in Waterdown on December 11, 1965. He worked at the Ford Motor Company in Oakville, ON from 1965 to 1981. In 1981, he worked at Motor Coach Industries of Winnipeg from 1981 to 1994. He transferred to the Motor Coach Industries in Pembina, ND where he worked from 1994 to 2000. He ended his career at Motor Coach Industries due to illness. Survivors include his loving wife, Tamara of Cavalier; two daughters, Tammy (Rob) Lamb of Sandy Hook, MB and Janet (Michael) Wood of Grafton, ND; three granddaughters, Coralee, Laurie and Rebecca Jane Lamb; parents, Bruce and Violet Wetherall of Waterdown; one brother Garth; niece Ashley Wetherall; mother-in-law Jennie Pett; and brother-in-law Tom Pett, all of Burlington, ON; several cousins and friends.
