PAUL ANDRE DUKE On Friday, August 16, 2002, Paul Andre Duke passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 55 years. Paul is survived by his wife Pat, his son Ryan, daughter Kelly, daughter-in-law Charlotte, and grandson Joshua. His mother and sister live in England. Paul was born in Folkestone, England and came with his wife to Winnipeg in 1970. He worked for many years for the Manitoba Government Driver Testing Department and was promoted to Eastern Regional Manager. Paul was an avid follower of the Arsenal Soccer Team, and was involved with the Jaycees, becoming a Regional Director and Senator. He also served on the executive of the Transcona Legion, Branch No. 7. Paul had a keen sense of humour and he made many friends who will miss him, as will his family. A celebration of Pauls life will be held on Thursday, August 22 at 10:00 a.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St., with Rev. Victoria Shaw officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
