Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRED PAUL Suddenly on Sunday, August 18, 2002 at the E.M. Crowe Memorial Hospital, Fred Paul aged 71 years of Lake Manitoba First Nation. Fred was born November 18, 1931 at Lake Manitoba First Nations. He was a commercial fisherman on Lake Manitoba and also worked for various farmers in the area. He enjoyed hunting, outdoors, bingo, and hockey. He leaves to mourn his wife Claudia; the mother of his children, Lena Beaulieu; his children, Georgina (Andy), Barbara, Ivan (Noreen), Russell (Eileen), Flora Jane (Ivan), Fred (Alec) (Maxine), Doreen (Charles), Danny (Elizabeth), Donna, Terry (Stacy), Lisa, Julie (Chris) and Maggie; brothers, Bill Paul and Joe Paul; sisters, Doreen Paul and Rose Paul; god child whom he cherished Jordan Lavallee; 46 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by daughter Margaret; son Robert; daughter Rosemary; and son Elvis; brother Frank and sister Maggie. Wake service will be held on Thursday, August 22 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Lake Manitoba School Gymnasium. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 23 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Theresa Roman Catholic church with Father Mario officiating. Interment to follow in the Lake Manitoba Reserve Cemetery. Pallbearers will be George Missyabit, Leslie Maytwayasing, Les Monkman, Ronald Swan, Larry Swan and Frank Beaulieu.
