Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I remember every time we would visit my grandma who only lived a few blocks away. Always welcoming us into her home and I had this old chair with 3 steps on it to sit on every time we were there. She would always go against my mom and give me chocolate and candies, I also remember the day she had to be rushed to the hospital the ambulance came didnt have any sirens on or anything because my grandma would refuse to go to the hospital even tho she knew she was sick. When we was passing in the hospital my mom me and my auntie would go to the house and pack up a few things and every day that passed the house got empty and we started to clean the walls with an orange scented cleaner.(I will always remember that smell) and I will always remember the voice that I heard of my dead grandpa (that I never met) I could hear him yelling in the house. When she passed my mom was pregnant and I was to young to go to the funeral but I just remember crying for a few hours after my parents got back. I miss you grandma! You have 4 new great-grandchildren Trinity, Trevor, Klayton and Lincoln who are 13, 4, 3 and 3 and I hope you are watching over us still. I love you and where ever you are I hope your doing okay now Your granddaughter Karen Gundrum - Posted by: Karen (grand daughter) on: Mar 13, 2014
