MARJORIE MCPHAIL Peacefully, after a brief illness, Marjorie McPhail, aged 83, passed away at the Health Sciences Centre. She is survived by her family, brother Robert Scharf; niece Linda (Boyd) Mellish; nephew Murray (Terryl) Scharf; as well as numerous other family members. Marjorie was predeceased by her husband Wes and her sister Margaret Thompson. Marjorie was a vibrant and inspirational person to all who knew her and she will be dearly missed. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 29. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marjories memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Miss Me But Let Me Go When I come to the end of the road And the sun has set for me, I want no rites in the gloom filled room, Why cry for a soul set free?
