THOMAS J. KOSCIELNY Thomas J. Koscielny, aged 48, passed away at the Health Sciences Centre on Monday, August 26, 2002. Tom Koscielny was an operator for Greyhound Canada Transportation Corp. Tom was born in Erickson on March 19, 1954 and took his schooling in Winnipeg. Tom is survived by two daughters, Lara Alexandra and Alexis Catherine; his father Joseph; his mother Muriel; three sisters, Susan, Carol, and Beverley; and two brothers, Randy and Bill. Tom was predeceased by his Grandpa Zepa in 1968, his Auntie Lillian in 1973, his Grandma Zepa in 1974, his Grandpa Koscielny in 1979, and his beloved Uncle Zane in 1997. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 30 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. An interment will take place in the St. Marys Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Elphinstone, MB, on Saturday, August 31 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, pleased send donations to the Deer Lodge Centre, 2109 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3J 0L3, where Tom was a volunteer and appreciated the games of cards, the intimate discussions, and the wisdom given him.
