Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA DOERKSEN (nee KLASSEN) Tragically, yet peacefully, Maria Doerksen passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2002, at the Health Science Centre at the age of 41 years. Besides her loving husband Ed, she leaves to mourn her passing one son Ryan and one daughter Rachel. We were very blessed to have Maria as part of a loving circle of family and friends who will never be able to fill the void she leaves. She will be dearly missed and forever loved by all who knew her. She is now safe in the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, September 3 at Springfield Heights Mennonite Church, 570 Sharron Bay, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Ferdinand Funk officiating. Interment will be held at the Mennonite Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held on Monday evening, from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., and prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity of choice. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
