Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySEBASTJAN TOMASZ SWACHA On Tuesday morning, August 27, 2002, with his family by his side, Sebastjan Tomasz Swacha quietly left this world to be with God. Sebastjan was born on July 18, 2002, and although he was with us all too briefly, he managed to touch many souls. His "Sweet Pea" face will be etched forever in our minds and the brave fight that he lost forever in our hearts. He is predeceased by his great-grandparents, Bill and Emily Hutsal and his great-grandparents in Poland. Left to carry on are his mommy and daddy, Amber and Tomasz Swacha and big brother Hudson Stobart; grandparents, Betty and Gregory Swacha (Auntie Natalia and Uncle Norbert), Joyce and Andy LeClair (Uncle Tyler) great-grandparents, Victor and Elsie LeClair; many great-aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Special thanks to Dr. C.K. Yuen, Dr. Laurie Alto, Gerry and Sarah from Womans Intermediate Care. Donations may be made in Sebastjans memory to the Childrens Wish Foundation....What is life but precious moments in time where we all co-exist in hope, peace and love. Pallbearers are Norbet Swacha, Tyler LeClair, Joe and Frankie Molnar. A viewing for family and friends will take place at Voyage Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 30 followed by a funeral service with Msgr. Maurice Comeault officiating. Dear Sebastjan, When you get to heaven, Give us all a sign, Rain like teardrops falling, Doves soaring through the sky. Give our loved ones this message... In them we entrust your care, Let all their hugs and kisses, Keep our love for you up there. And when were all together, We promise you this time, Our life will last forever, Therell be no more good-byes.
