JAMES KARL ISAAC (LACQUETTE) Tragically on Tuesday, August 27, 2002, James Karl Isaac passed away at the age of 11 years. James was born at Calgary, AB on August 12, 1991. In February 1998 James moved to Winnipeg and had resided here until his sudden passing. He was a student at Inkster Elementary School and had started grade 6. James loved to play his games on his play station. He enjoyed all types of sports and loved skateboarding. He was a happy-go-lucky boy with a great sense of humour and who always made others laugh. He leaves to cherish his beautiful memory his guardian mother Victoria Nepinak and fiance Lawrence; brothers, Dakota, Jessie and Joshua; sisters, Shania, Ashley, Henrietta and Alyssa; natural mother Cynthia Lacquette and companion Fletcher Fosseneuve; natural father Kerry Isaac; grandfather Karl; grandparents, Shirley and Tom Manitopyes. There are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. James will be sadly missed by all his classmates and teachers at Inkster Elementary School. Prayers and wake services will be held at Southeast Pentecostal Church, 265 Flora Ave., Winnipeg, on Sunday, September 1 and Monday, September 2 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 3 at 1:00 p.m., also at the Southeast Pentecostal Church, with Pastor Dan Murdock officiating. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jacob, Conrad, Lawrence, Fletcher, Ernest and Dwight. ABORIGINAL FUNERAL CHAPEL 724 SELKIRK AVE. 586-7700

  • James, I never even got to meet you. I remember when I was sent out of Winnipeg to stay with another family, I heard how this young boy had left us. I always found it so sad. Now when I'm older, the darkness of the world surrounds me, and I am so thankful that you are safe, in the spirit world. This past August I was heartbroken to lose someone very, very dear to my heart. Your brother Jesse. My heart breaks over and over.   • Hi, if anyone sees this I wanted to say I am in grade 6 and I go to Inkster Elementary School. Yesterday was my graduation and Ii got an award - it was the James Isaac Memorial Award.
