BARRY G. LOUDON April 9, 1941 - August 27, 2002 It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Barry G. Loudon, on Tuesday, August 27, 2002, at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 61 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 42 years, Marlene; daughters, Carol Ann and Colleen; grandchildren, Rachel and Nathan; and sons-in-law, Richard and Brendan. Also surviving him is sister Norma of Vancouver and brother Doug (Fran) of Grand Beach, MB. Barry leaves a legacy of having been a kind, hard working and completely dedicated family man who will be dearly missed by family and friends. His career was centred in the computer industry, most recently serving as General Manager of Canada Operations (Communications Division), at Intergraph Limited. In recent years Barrys strength and leadership allowed him to serve on numerous community boards including Manitoba Special Olympics, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Football Club Executive and the Misericordia Hospital Foundation. Many heartfelt thanks to the Palliative care staff at the St. Boniface Hospital. Respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Hwy #1 East at Navin Road.
