MICHAEL WOLD August 4, 1955 - August 26, 2002 Suddenly, on August 26, 2002 in Atikokan, ON, Mike passed away. Predeceased by his mother Elaine (nee King), he is survived by brothers, Vince, Mitch; sister Sherry (Gerry) niece Tamara; nephew Colin; father Garry (Joan) and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mike loved nature and the outdoors, where his job as a chef took him to numerous locations, such as Iqaluit, Northern Ontario and several towns in Manitoba. He loved to travel, vacationing in Hawaii, and visiting family in San Diego and British Columbia. His love of country living was evident in the many pictures he painted for family and friends. Some of his favourite past times included movies, crocheting and collecting bear related artwork. Cremation has taken place, and a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association in Mikes memory.
