ROSEMARY DWYER Peacefully on August 31, 2002, Rosemary Louise Dwyer died at the St. Boniface Hospital after a lengthy illness. Rosemary was predeceased by her father, Louis Owen Dwyer. She leaves to mourn her passing her mother, Genevieve (Tod) Dwyer and her sisters, Patricia Banks (Ken) from Beamsville, ON and Margaret Graham (John) from Winnipeg; as well as nieces and nephews, Christopher, Wendy (Michael Kaler) and Joel Banks and Shelagh and Heather Graham and her cousins and many friends. Rosemary was born in Montreal, QC and came to Winnipeg as a child. she attended Queenston School, St. Marys Academy and St. Pauls College, University of Manitoba. Following the completion of her formal education, Rosemary worked for 31 years in the library at St. Pauls College, where her love of books, great memory and quiet determination were appreciated by staff, students and faculty alike. Aligned with her interests, Rosemary belonged to the St. Marys Academy Alumnae, the Manitoba Genealogical Society and the Christian Business and Professional Womens Association. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Marys Academy Building Fund, or the St. Pauls College Library. A heartfelt thanks to the caring and compassionate staff and doctors on 4B and the Dialysis Units at St. Boniface and Seven Oaks Hospitals. Thanks also to the devoted home care workers. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Ignatius Church, 255 Stafford at Corydon, on Wednesday, September 4 at 1:00 p.m. with Father Johnson officiating. Pallbearers are Ian Gillies, Nancy Gillies, Heather Graham, John Graham, Kevin MacDonald and Paul Sawyer. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
