LYDIA HERMANN 1907 - 2002 Peacefully on Sunday, September 1, 2002 Lydia Hermann passed away at Donwood Manor P.C.H. surrounded by family at the age of 95 years. Mom was predeceased by her husband Emil on July 9, 1983 after 56 years of marriage. Mutti, Grandma, Oma leaves to cherish her love and memories to her children, Harry (Helen), Herbert (Karin Richter). Also leaving to mourn, Anna Hermann; grandchildren, Harold (Reagen) Hermann, Arnold (Jan) Hermann, Debbie (Scott) Leslie, Ronald (Ruth) Hermann, Michael (Gisele) Hermann; great-grandchildren, Derek, Tyler, Kari, Adam, Ashley, Reanne, Ryan, Christine, Danielle and Nicole. Mom was born in Poland on June 6, 1907. Mom, Dad and the family fled to Germany in 1945. In July, 1950 Mom, Dad and the family immigrated to Canada and lived in the north part of Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 5, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church, 370 McKenzie St. with viewing one half hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Harold, Arnold, Scott, Ron, Michael and Derek. Thanks to the staff of Donwood Manor P.C.H. for the kind care given to Mom.
