GORDON GEORGE HASTMAN Mr. Gordon Hastman, aged 68 years, of Winnipeg, MB, beloved husband of the late Beatrice Hastman, passed away after a brief illness on Thursday, September 5, 2002, at the Grace Hospital, Winnipeg, MB. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family, his sons, Glenn of Winnipeg, MB and Terry (Tanis) of San Antonia, TX; his sister Gladys (Douglas) Weselake of Chilliwack, BC; his brothers, Ken (Julie) of Beausejour, MB and Gerry of Regina, SK; his sister Brenda Newman of Armstrong, BC; also many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Beatrice; his parents, Otto and Elsie; and his sister Marlene Goshulak. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Gertrude and First Street, Beausejour. Friends may view on Sunday, September 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Ave. E., Beausejour, and at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in Gordons memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 2B7.
