JERRY (BOUGE) BLAQUIERE August 19, 1953 - September 6, 2002 On September 6, 2002, Jerry passed away at Health Sciences Centre. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10 in Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. He was predeceased by his father, Mathew, and his mother Marge. He will never be forgotten by his daughter Jerilyn and her partner, John Bradt; his son, Aubre and his grandson Logan Bradt; sister Marilyn Chuckry; nieces and nephews. Jerry grew up in Transcona and attended Central and Murdoch MacKay Schools. He then attended Red River College in the nursing program. Jerry provided health care in Northern Manitoba in several small communities. He also worked at Main Street Project and most recently, "Beat the Street." Jerry loved helping people, which was reflected throughout his career and life. Jerry will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Aubre Blaquiere, Lorne Wesa, Al Evaniuk, Norman Lacroix, "Red" Thompson and Bill Thompson.
