Offer Condolences or MemoryELOISE MAY PARKINSON (PEG) (nee LINDSTROM) Suddenly on September 5, 2002 at Concordia Hospital. Beloved wife of Andrew; mother of Heather (Doug), David (Carol) grandmother of Scott, Adam, Sadie, Matthew and Hannah. Also survived by sisters, Irene, New Westminster, BC, Lucille, San Diego, CA, Joan (Bob), Gonor, MB; and brother John, Grand Prairie, AB. She was predeceased by her father Edward; mother Catherine; brothers, Edmond, Ernest, Walter, Harold; sisters, Esther, Thelma and Viola. Mom was an accomplished seamstress. She belonged to the Transcona Ladies Bowling League for many years as well as the Transcona Legion Dart League. Mom also loved to travel, whether it was on a cruise or a bus trip. Many thanks to the doctors and staff at the Dialysis Clinic for their years of care. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 9 at 1:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel with Pastor Abraham officiating. Private interment at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined. If you wish a donation may be made to the Manitoba Diabetes Foundation or the Manitoba Heart Foundation. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
