JANET H. (RITA) SMITH It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our sister and aunt, Janet H. (Rita) Smith, on Thursday, August 29, 2002, at the St. Boniface Hospital, in her 90th year. A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Rita had a long career in business with the Bank of Commerce and for over 34 years with Wood Gundy in both Calgary and Winnipeg. Her hobby was travelling and over the years she visited many places throughout the world. Left to cherish her memory are her sister Audrey (Jim) Sweeney; nephew Bob; niece Donagh (Gerry) Peters and their children, Andrew and Christy. In accordance with Ritas wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family interment. Special thanks to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital E4 and B5 for your care and support.
