HUBERT ANDRE Suddenly departed this life September 11, 2002, in Winnipeg. Hubert was pre-deceased by his mother as an infant, his father and his stepmother in Brittany, France, and his companion Bernice in Winnipeg. He is survived by his brother Jean, his sister-in-law Jacqueline, nieces, nephews, an aunt and numerous cousins in France, and his aunt Laurence and cousins in Canada. Born in Tregonneau, France, March 9, 1934 Hubert came to Canada in 1952. After living with his uncle John Andre and family in Saskatchewan, Hubert travelled across Alaska and worked in Western Canada with the CPR Steel Gang No. 1. Hubert retired in Winnipeg and enjoyed crafting miniature chuckwagons complete to the tiniest detail. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Service and interment will take place in Assiniboia, SK, September 21. Arrangements by Kerrs Funeral Home, Winnipeg.
