She served on numerous Boards in Thompson and enjoyed serving and being a part of the Thompson community for over 33 years. As a member of the Metis community, Beverly touched the lives of many people. No matter whom they may be, she would always stop to lend an ear or say "Hello." She enjoyed going to new places, meeting people of various cultures. She saw people as individuals and the gifts which they offered. Beverlys smile was infectious. She offered advice to her grandchildren about life and respect. They enjoyed each others company. They always looked forward to seeing each other. Beverly had a deep zest for life, and after retiring from the hospital, she pursued some of her favorite hobbies and interests, like ceramics, traveling, meeting new and interesting people or just enjoying the view from the cabin. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband Tomas; four sons, Robert Cleveland (Angelina Wavey), "Craig, Darren, Joshua Wavey, Sarah and Faith Dumas" ; Raymond Cleveland (Sheila), "Jeremy and Stephanie" ; Christopher Cleveland, "Candice Clarke" ; and Richard Cleveland (Geraldine Hamm).
