SAUL DAVID (BILL) ZINMAN On September 19, 2002, Saul David (Bill) Zinman passed away after a lengthy and trying illness. He was predeceased by his loving wife Florence in 2000; and brother Sam in 2002. He is survived by grieving sons, Robert of Winnipeg and Sonny of St. Albert, AB; sisters, Rose Slayen of Winnipeg and Lillian Satanoff of Philadelphia; sisters-in-law, Ruth Goldin, Evelyn Golden, Esther Rubinstein, and Pauline Zinman all of Winnipeg. Bill was well known in the Winnipeg community as a man of integrity and in his business activities there was never the need for a contract - Bills handshake was always good enough. In earlier days Bill and Florence were actively involved in league bowling and very much enjoyed their weekly card games with their close circle of friends. When his beloved Florence passed on Bill was devastated by the loss and repeatedly expressed his desire to join her. Lord willing he finally has his wish. Special thanks to staff of Unit 5 at Victoria Hospital for their caring support. Funeral services were held on Friday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Cemetery.
