He was a dedicated father participating in activities such as Scouting, hockey and devoting his time to school and district PACs. He served as the manager for both DJ and Craigs hockey teams through the years, spending countless hours compiling stats and other data for organizations. In the past he was active in various community activities such as curling and darts. There will be no funeral, instead a celebration of Daves life will be held at a later date for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Lung Association would be appreciated. I wont be far away, for life goes on: So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you cant see or touch me, Ill be near And if you listen with your heart, youll hear All my love around you soft and clear. We love you Dad; Remember, keep your stick on the ice!
