GAING TONG WONG It is with deep sadness that the family announce the passing of Gaing Tong Wong on Friday, September 13, 2002, at the age of 69 years. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Yip of 38 years; his children, Bea (Glen), Shirley (Kelvin), Sarina, Waylun (Alissa) and his grandchildren, Shayne, Kristin and Kaylee. Gaing was born in Canton, China, in 1933 and grew up in Hong Kong. He came to Canada in his early 20s and resided most of his life in Winnipeg. He will always be remembered as a very hard-working, dedicated and caring husband, father and grandfather. A private family service has been held. Special thanks is extended to our families and friends and also to those who have shown us their caring, kindness and support through this most difficult time.
