In 1949 Ken took his family to Swan River, MB, where he started an electrical business, Valley Electric. After retirement Ken and Daisy began to spend their winters in Weslaco, TX. Kens sojourns to Texas were interrupted in 1990 when he suffered a stroke. Then in 1996 he fell and broke his hip, which meant a move to the personal care home. The family would like to thank all his many friends who came to visit him in the personal care home, and also the staff at the personal care home in Swan River for their kind and loving care. Ken always spoke well of you. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held September 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Paull Funeral Home in Swan River. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
