Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEAH PHYLLIS FARHI (nee GOLDSTEIN) June 6, 1951 - August 11, 2002 Phyllis passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital, August 11, 2002. She fought a courageous battle. We are saddened with her passing but we rejoice knowing that she has gone to a happier place. We would like to thank all those who helped in her care at the Womens Pavilion 5th Floor and the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit.
