DOREEN BARBARA STEPHENSON (nee McGILL) Doreen Barbara Stephenson (nee McGill) quietly, after a courageous battle with cancer at the North York General Hospital, on September 21, 2002 in her 74th year. Predeceased by her husband Peter. Much loved mom of David and his wife Tracy; and Lesley Pettigrew. Loving Nana of Jamie, Holly, Katie and Blake. Dear sister of Jeanette Ferguson, Merlyn Luce, Clifford McGill and William McGill. Will be sadly missed by all other family members and good friends. Friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge St., North York (two lights south of Steeles) on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
