Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES GRANT HAREL Suddenly, on Saturday, September 21, 2002, at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, James Grant Harel, of Marchand, passed away at the age of 33 years. James and his beloved wife Angela had planned to spend the day together, gathering firewood. Their plans were harshly disrupted after being stung by a bee, to which he took a serious reaction, resulting in his untimely demise. Besides his loving wife Angela, he is survived by his son Anthony and stepson Michael; his parents, Armand Sr. and Joan Harel of Marchand; sister Cecile (Armand) Verrier of Winnipeg; brother Armand Jr. (Val) of Marchand; parents-in-law, Abe and Tina Teichroeb of Steinbach; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by a sister-in-law Daphne in 1998. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 11:00 a.m. at the Gospel Chapel in LaBroquerie with Pastor Jim Humphries officiating. James will be laid to rest in the Marchand Cemetery, in his home community. Friends may pay their last respects on Tuesday, September 24, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Marchand Community Church and also the following day at the Gospel Chapel in LaBroquerie, prior to the service. Should friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of James to the Association for Community Living, Box 730, Steinbach, MB, R0A 2A0.
