Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBLAINE KEVIN MANDAMIN It is with sadness that the family announces Blaine Kevins passing at his residence in Winnipeg, MB on September 20, 2002. Blaine was born on December 13, 1965 and resided in Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his brother Blair; grandparents, Vitaline and Louis Zastre, Sadie and Alec Mandamin. Blaine was a beloved father of Merrissa, Laura, Shaylene, Cheyenne, Nora Jane and Kaylee. Son of Edward James Sr., and Alma Josephine Mandamin; brother to Elwood (Sandra) of Barrows, MB, Edward James Jr. (Roberta) of Shoal Lake No. 39, Ontario and Charlene (Clifford) of Thunder Bay, ON. Blaine leaves behind his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins of Barrows, Red Deer Lake, MB and Shoal Lake No. 39. He was respected as a single parent and loved by many who knew him. He enjoyed playing guitar, watching hockey and spending time with his daughters. Prayer service and wake will be held at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel located at 724 Selkirk Ave. on Monday, September 23 at 7:00 p.m. A traditional service and feast will follow on Tuesday, September 24 in Barrows. A traditional funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25 at Barrows Community Hall, Barrows. Interment to follow at Poplar Bay Cemetery, Barrows.
