JOSEPH ANTIME (JOE) FAUCHER Joseph Antime (Joe) Faucher, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Esther Faucher of Winnipeg, passed away at the Bethany Care Centre on Sunday, September 22, 2002, at the age of 86 years. He was the loving father of Albert (Rose) of Upper Fraser, BC, Noel (Therese) of Prince George, BC, Alfred (Rose Marie) of Virden, MB, Edward (Darlene) of Airdrie, BC, Ronald (Juliette) of Chestermere, AB, Roland (Sharon) of Brandon, MB, Marcel (Heather) of Sardis, BC, Leo of Virden, MB, Henry (Karen) of Chestermere, AB; as well as 27 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. He will also be lovingly remembered by two sisters, Laura of Winnipeg and Juliette of Glenboro, MB; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his loving wife Esther, Joe was predeceased by his brothers and sister, Marie Ange, Marie Anne, Albertine, Napoleon, Valentine, Germaine and Alcide. Joe was born on July 26, 1916, in Saint Samuel de Beauce, QC. At a young age his family moved to Cardinal, MB. Joe farmed for most of his life, until he took a job as a custodian at the Catholic Church in Winnipeg. He enjoyed many activities such as woodworking, curling and jigging. Joe was a devoted family man, who loved his family greatly. He will be sadly missed by all. Relatives and friends are invited to prayers at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 4588 Roblin Blvd., Winnipeg, MB, on Thursday, September 26 at 8:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 4588 Roblin Blvd., Winnipeg, on Friday, September 27 at 10:00 a.m. with the Msgr. Louis McClousky celebrant. In lieu of flowers, a memorial tribute may be made in Joes name directly to the Bethany Care Society, 916 - 18A St. NW, Calgary, AB, T2M 1C6, or to the Parkinson Society, 480D - 36th Ave. SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 1W4.
