ANNE BASKIEWICH (nee HOLYK) July 1, 1915 - September 24, 2002 Our family sadly announces the peaceful passing of Anne on Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at the age of 87 years at East Gate Lodge, Beausejour, MB. Anne will be lovingly remembered and missed by her sister Mary DeRain (Donald) of Detroit, MI;, many nieces and nephews especially Brenda Neduzak (Chester), Michelle Lobchuk (Tony), Marice Kornas (Ron) as well as her great nephews, Evan and Derek Neduzak. She was predeceased by her husband Frank; brothers, Michael, John, Philip and her sisters, Sally and Alice. A Private Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at the Holy Ghost Church, Beausejour, MB with Fr. Ivan Demkiv officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. Our sincere thanks to the Staff of the East Gate Lodge for their compassionate care. Special thanks to Annie and Noreen who openly expressed their kind words and emphatic concern for our aunt. The family would also like to thank the friends who came to see her as well as the kind individuals from the Ukrainian Catholic Church who took her to monthly Mass and prayed with her.
