Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEILEEN MAY HORBATUK Peacefully, on September 25, 2002 at the Concordia Hospital, Eileen May Horbatuk, our beloved mother, grandmother and sister, passed away at age 87 years. Eileen leaves to mourn and cherish her memory, daughter Noreen (Rudy) Wetyk; son Henry (Sandy) Horbatuk; grandchildren, Rhonda (Ross) Jardine, Curtis (Gloria) Wetyk, Brian Wetyk and Larry Horbatuk; great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Lindsay, Sarah, Sam, Nathan and Laura and her sisters, Mabel (Johnny) and Nita. She was predeceased by her husband Norman 1970; son Larry 1967 and daughter Shirley 1976. Eileen enjoyed many happy hours with her needlepoint, petitpoint, crocheting and curling up with a favourite book. Her many works of art, including her afghans are displayed in the homes of her family and will be cherished forever! Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30 at 10:00 a.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. with Rev. Victoria Shaw officiating. Interment to follow at Transcona Cemetery. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
