BERTRUM GIBBS OIGE 1928 - 2002 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bert Oige at Prince George, BC on September 18, 2002 with his daughter Selena and his special companion Desta at his side. Dads life was characterized by his spirit of caring and giving and his wonderful sense of humour. He was richly blessed with his many great friends and companions. In his earlier years, Dad was a very avid hockey player; playing on teams in Canada, United States and Europe. He is survived by his children, Tannis, Bonnie, Naomi, Selena (Andy), Brent, Stacey (Brenda) and his many grandchildren. Memorial service was held in Prince George, BC on Saturday, September 21. As requested by Dad, interment of ashes will be at a later date in Winnipeg, MB. Rest In Peace Dad.
