JOHN McKEE McAULAY Born in Glasgow, Scotland, April 3, 1930, he came to Canada in 1962. John passed away at the Health Sciences Centre, September 29, 2002. He leaves behind wife Cecile; sons, Gil (Diane), Duncan (Irene) and Ian (Rose) daughter Elizabeth (Steve) grandkids, Ross, Neil, Lauren, Ashley, Daniel, Kirsty, Arron, Susan, Karen and John, all from Scotland. Also left behind are brothers, Adam of Australia, Andy of Scotland, Charlie (Jean) of Winnipeg; sisters-in-law, Betty and Shirley of Scotland; and brother-in-law George. John will be sadly missed by all who knew him, especially his many nieces and nephews from Scotland, England, America, Australia and Canada. A donation in lieu of flowers to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald - Suite 200, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6, would be appreciated by the family. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 3 at 12:30 p.m., at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. A reception will follow. Special thanks to doctors, nurses and all the staff who made Johns stay at the Health Sciences Centre as comfortable as they could.
