Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHORMODUR (THOR) ONUNDOR HELGASON Passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, on Saturday, September 28, 2002, Thor Helgason, age 81 years. Predeceased by his parents, Bjorg and Freeman Helgason; brother Freeman Helgason; and nephew Larry Helgason. Left to mourn his passing is his brother Gudmundur (Helgi) and Irene Helgason of Brandon; sister-in-law Dorothy Helgason of Brandon; nieces and nephews, Faye Linseman, Joanne Helgason, Sherri Helgason, Wayne Helgason, Myles Helgason, and Ron Helgason; as well as many cousins and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 2, 2002 at the Grace Lutheran Church, Langruth, MB, with Pastor Norris Nordin officiating. Interment will follow in the Big Point Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Big Point Cemetery, care of Box 103, Langruth, MB, R0H 0N0, or to a charity of ones choice. Clarkes Funeral Home, Gladstone in care of arrangements.
