Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWYNIFRED HOLLOWAY Wynifred Holloway of Victoria, BC passed away on September 6, 2002 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her husband Sidney in 1999; her parents, Samuel and Fanny Chambers; and her brother Sam. She is survived by many nieces and nephews across Canada. Wynifred was born in Winnipeg in 1908 and married Sid in 1936. She was an avid reader, enjoyed poetry, art, charity work and was a wonderful cook. She worked for Eatons and later the Government of Manitoba. Upon retirement in June 1972, she and Sid moved to Victoria. A memorial service was held at St. Lukes Anglican Church, 3821 Cedar Hill Cross Rd., Victoria, on Saturday, September 21. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
