ARNOLD RISTOCK On Monday, September 30, 2002, Arnold Ristock passed away peacefully at the Victoria General Hospital. Arnold was born on March 22, 1921 in Winnipeg and was the youngest of seven children. His family had immigrated to Winnipeg from Volhynia, Russia in 1907. Arnold worked for many years at New Flyer Industries. He also cared for his sister Mary until she died. Arnold was predeceased by his parents, August and Amelia Ristock and by his brothers and sisters, Robert, Albert, Olga, Annie, Mary and Lydia. He is survived by many nieces and nephews, Robert A. Ristock of Winnipeg, Luella Sturtz of Kelowna, Paul Ristock of Vancouver, William Beischer of Ithaca, New York, Edwin Beischer and William Beischer of St. Jonsville, New York, Irene Sitterly of Victor, New York, and Isabel Ponce, of Albany, New York; and by his sister-in-law Yvonne Ristock of Winnipeg. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Foyer Valade Personal Care Home. Interment will take place in Little Falls, New York.
