Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBOYD MORRAN CLARK With great sorrow we announce that, surrounded by his loving family, Boyd Morran Clark passed away on October 3, 2002 at the Lorne Memorial Hospital, Swan Lake, MB, at the age of 70 years. The youngest son of Alex and Eva (McMorran) Clark, Boyd was born on January 14, 1932 in Somerset, MB, he worked the family farm his entire life. A man of few but well chosen words, Boyd was well known for his sharp wit and his big heart. He had a great love of sports and music and cherished his many moments with his family. Boyd is fondly remembered by his wife Rhoda (Cain) his sons, Norman (Gisele), Ralph (Jocelyn), Brian (Annie), and Jason; his grandchildren, Roseline, Robert, Jamie, and Benjamin; his sisters, Erma (Alf) Purser and Vera (Jack) Glawson; his brothers, Wallace (Emma), Lorne (Jessie), and Gordon (Evelyn) father-in-law Bob Cain; brother-in-law Albert (Diane) Cain; sister-in-law Sharon Cain; as well as numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. Boyd is predeceased by his parents, Alex and Eva Clark, his sisters, Margaret (George) Styles, and Edna (Norman) Robinson; his mother-in-law Dora Cain; and his brother-in-law Joe Cain. The funeral service will be held at the Treherne United Church at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, followed by the interment at Beaconsfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave., Portage La Prairie, MB, R1N 0K8 or to the Lorne Memorial Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, Swan Lake, MB, R0G 2S0 or, to the Beaconsfield Cemetery Fund, Box 122, Treherne, MB, R0G 2V0.
