DOROTHY EVELYN WILDEMAN Peacefully on October 5, 2002 with her loving husband at her side, Dorothy Evelyn Wildeman passed away at the age of 82 years. Her family was most important to Dorothy. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband of over 60 years, Ewald Reinhold Wildeman. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children, Arnie (Romalda) and Arlene (Gunter), as well as by her four grandchildren, Adela and Gina Wildeman, Marissa and Stefan Hirsch. Dorothy is also mourned by her only surviving sister Freda; sisters-in-law, Helen Malzan of Toronto and Ida Dean of London, ON; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and their families. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, Barbara and Fred Malzan; her brothers, William and Albert; her sister Edith and brother-in-law Rein Belloff; sister Helen of Los Angeles; her brother-in-law Milner Dean of London, ON; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Ella and Victor Motz, Elmer and Lillian Wildeman all of Winnipeg. The family wishes to thank the numerous health care providers at Kildonan Personal Care Center and Homecare for their kind and loving care to Dorothy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dorothys favourite charity, The Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB, R2L 1X3. Visitation will be on Monday evening from 7:00-8:00 p.m. The service to celebrate Dorothys life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8 at Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
