LENA YAREMCHUK Peacefully, in her sleep after a lengthy illness on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at Jocelyn House, Lena Yaremchuk, beloved wife of the late Steven Yaremchuk. Lena is survived by her daughter Roseann Medwid (Curtis) grandchildren, Brent and Laura; sister Olga Woods (Jim) numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Steven, sister Anne McDougall, brother-in-law Wilfred and brother Nick. Cremation has taken place. Graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 10 at Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba - Breast Cancer Research, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9 or Jocelyn House, 177 Eggerton Rd., Winnipeg, MB, R2M 2W7.
