CASMIR PELTZ Casmir Peltz, beloved husband of Eleanor of Warren, MB, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2002 at the Stonewall Hospital at the age of 83. Cas was predeceased by his father William in July 1972, his mother Annie in February 1990, and his sister Mary. Cas is survived by his wife Eleanor of 50 years, daughter Diana (Terry) of Melfort, SK, son Randy (Linda) of Warren. Brother Stanley and brother Edward (Mina) of Warren; sister Frances Berzuk and Eleanor Berzuk of Winnipeg, and Jean (John) Berstmar of Yakima, WA. Grandchildren, Kristy Sklapsky (Bill) of Tisdale, SK, Ryan Sklapsky of Saskatoon, and Brandon, Derrik, and Carley Peltz of Warren. Cas also leaves to mourn numerous nieces and nephews. Cas was born in Beausejour in 1919 where he lived on a farm until 1943. He then moved with his parents to Smithurst, ON and lived there until 1946. He returned back to Manitoba in 1946 and lived and farmed in Warren where he currently was retired. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. The service will conclude at the chapel. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Stonewall Hospital Foundation or to a charity of ones choice. MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
