STANLEY RAYMOND ANDERSON 1950 - 2002 On Monday, October 21, 2002, Stanley Raymond Anderson passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 52 years. Stanley will be sadly missed by his brother Bob and his wife Pat Anderson; niece Christine Anderson, her husband Kevin and their baby Jon; nephews, Sean and Michael Anderson, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition, special thanks to Jack and Bernadette Froese for all the years they shared their lives with him. Stan was predeceased by his parents, George and Eva Anderson. He grew up in the Crescentwood/Fort Rouge area and worked for Dominion Stores for a number of years until they closed. Stan will be sadly missed by many people in the community he called home. It is said, "It takes a village to raise a child." Crescentwood, Fort Rouge and Grant Park, you were Stanleys village. You were his buddies, friends, neighbours and acquaintances. Stan cut your lawns, shovelled your snow, walked your dog, delivered your paper, kept you company and watched your homes while you were on vacation. He loved his community and after he lost his sight he still rode his bike, as he had done his entire life, by pushing himself with one foot along the side of the curb from memory. If Stanley were here, he would like you to know: "The slate is clean, all debts are forgiven and all bills will be paid. Go in peace and share your love and understanding with others as you have with me. Howdy - Howdy" Stanley In compliance with Stanleys wishes, a service for family and close friends has taken place.
