LORINA DAVIS 1935 - 2002 On Friday, October 25, 2002 at her home, Lorina Davis, aged 67, formerly of Horndean, MB, went to her eternal rest. She was predeceased by her husband Jack in 1999, both parents, one brother and two sisters. She leaves to mourn her passing her sister Esther and husband Barry Knaggs of Lethbridge, AB, brother Harry and wife Laura of Edmonton, AB, brother Al of Crystal City, brother Marvin of Winkler, brother-in-law George Loewen and wife Evelyn of Winkler, sister-in-law Margaret Williamson of Winnipeg and foster brother Bob Johnson and their families. In Winnipeg Lorina worked for a major lumber company, was employed at Thiessen Bus Lines for several years, then until her retirement she worked in the office for Greyhound Bus Lines. In February, 1975 she married Jack Davis and enjoyed their years together until his passing in 1999. She was still in deep sorrow when her mother passed away about three months later. She was faithful in visiting mother at her home and later at the Salem Home, both in Winkler. Funeral service will be held at Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway on Wednesday, October 30, at 1:00 p.m. C.S.T with Rev. Jack Froese officiating.
