Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJESSIE PANNEBAKER Jessie Agnes Pannebaker (Stocks) passed away peacefully October 24, 2002 at Oakview Place in Winnipeg. Mother was born December 14, 1911, the third child of Robert and Jennie Stocks. She was predeceased by her parents and her beloved husband Frank (Penny). Also predeceased by in-laws, Billy McKerlie, Norman Bell, Isobel Stocks, Marven Pedersen, Bill and Edith Pannebaker, Lillie and Bob Dowd, Ross and Verna Pannebaker, Clifford Pannebaker and several nieces and nephews. She is survived by two sons, Dwayne (Oriole) and Dale; sisters, Marion McKerlie, Jennet Bell, Eva Pedersen and Margaritte McKnight (Al) and brothers, Keith, Ivan Stocks (Dorothy), and Clarence (Jean). Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 29 at 2:00 p.m. in the Roland United Church with Rev. Don McIntyre and Chuck Ross officiating. Interment will take place in the family plot in the Roland Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Active pallbearers are Jim Pedersen, Robert Stocks, Wave Parker, Doug Phillips, Glenn Phillips and Dale Phillips. Honorary Pallbearers are Brian Burnett, Paul McKay, and Raoul McKay. Ushers are Ross and Margot Bell. Mom had many interests in life, particularly her church, family, baking, crossword puzzles and Dick Francis racing mysteries. The family would like to thank the staff of Oakview Place for their caring and kindness. Also thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at Grace General Hospital and St. James Medical clinic. Doyles Funeral Chapel of Carman in care of arrangements.

RIP Jessie. The first time I left Scotland we stayed with you & Frank. That was 35 yrs ago. I have nothing but happy and fond recollections of your family & friends.
