Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM CHARLES FORKUTZA Peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2002, at the Portage and District General Hospital, William (Bill) Forkutza, passed away at the age of 89 years. Viewing will be from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, corner of Sixth Avenue and First Street N.W., Portage la Prairie. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 31 at 10:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment will follow in the family plot in Hillside Cemetery. If friends so desire, contributions to the C.N.I.B., 1080 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB would be appreciated. Arrangements are by: Ronald Moffit Memorial Services 856-3487
