JOVENARO GAVARRA ROGELIO After a lengthy illness, he passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2002 at Grace Hospital, at the age of 68 years old. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Azucena; his two sons, Leovin and Jason (Melanie) and sister-in-law Ramona Cristobal. He is also survived by two sisters, Resurreccion and Conrada Ines; and brother Orlando (Violeta) plus numerous nieces and nephews, all in the Philippines. He will also be sadly missed by his nephews, Lib Ines (Fely) and their children, Sharon and Rachel; Floro Ines (Remy) and their children, Irene and Orville, all of Winnipeg; Mario Ines (Juliet) and their children, Mark and Nancy, all of Edmonton; niece Victoria Joaquin (Dido) and their children, Anna and Ella, of Bloomington, IL; and all of his friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Silvino and Natalia; and older brother Pastor. We would like to thank everybody who came to visit him at the hospital, as well as all the doctors and nursing staff at Grace Hospital for the excellent care. The viewing will take place at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St., on Friday, November 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. There will be a mass at St. Peters Church, 748 Keewatin St., Saturday, November 2 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation will follow.
