HELENE DESAUTELS (nee DUVAL) Was greeted into this world on November 23, 1910 Departed on October 30, 2002 It is with heartfelt sorrow that the family wishes to share with you the peaceful passing of Helene at the Foyer Valade in St. Vital, but nonetheless cherishing many wonderful moments. Helene is now reunited with her beloved husband Emile, her son Camille, baby Murielle and her granddaughter Kim. Helene will forever remain present in the lives of her three daughters, Annette Dumaine, Lily Baudry and Dianne Malo (Denis) her sons, Ubald (Noelle), Richard (Debbie), Guy (Barbara), Leo-Paul (Lynne) her daughter-in-law Raymonde (Camilles widow) her sister Blanche Duval (membre de la Congregation des Petites Missionnaires de St-Joseph dOtterburne) 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces and friends far and wide. La famille desire remercier du fond du coeur tout le personnel du Foyer Valade pour lattention et les soins donnes a Mom Helene avec beaucoup de chaleur, humour et surtout avec un grand sourire. Merci! Merci! Prayers will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 1 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St., with Fr. Henri Prescott officiating. A celebration of Helenes life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church, with Fr. Charles Fillion presiding. Viewing will take place prior to the service at 1:30 p.m. Service will terminate at the church. Cremation to follow. La belle ame dHelene ne mourra jamais!
