ALICE ANGEL DELARONDE On Monday, October 28, 2002, at the Swan River Valley Hospital, Alice Angel DeLaronde, aged 84 years. Alice was predeceased by four sisters, Mary Bourgoise, Stella Simpson, Teresa McLeod and Flora Daignalt; and four brothers, Johnny, Joe, Peter and Louie McLeod; a son Emery; and a daughter Alma DeLaronde. She leaves to mourn her sister Harriet Franken; five sons, Louie (Yvonne) of Duck Bay, Alex (Beatrice) of Thompson, Clifford (Rosemary) of Thompson, Harold (Pauline) of Duck Bay and George of Winnipeg. Two daughters, Rita Campbell of Duck Bay and Jane St.Goddard of Winnipeg. As well as 31 grand-children, 54 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Also two foster children, Florence Watson of Winnipeg and Bobby Munroe of Thompson; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Prayers will be offered on Friday evening November 1 at 8:00 p.m. from the Duck Bay Community Hall, followed by a wake. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2 at 11:00 a.m. from the Duck Bay St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Jose Cabral officiating, and interment to follow in the Duck Bay Community Cemetery. Mother Thank you, Mom, for all you have done, To make our lives happy and meaningful, For showing your love in so many ways, For always being there in our time of need For your wisdom, guidance and sympathy, For years of love, laughter and tears For your patience, devotion, generosity and confidence through the years.
