LORNA JANE SCOTT (nee WAKEFIELD) On Wednesday, November 6, 2002, Jane passed away peacefully in her sleep after a lengthy illness at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her loving husband Lyle; mother Grace Wakefield; brother Paul Wakefield (Linda), and their children, Brent and Laurel; as well as step-children and step-grandchildren. Her father Lorne George Wakefield in 1972, predeceased Jane. Jane worked for Air Canada for a number of years before taking early retirement. She enjoyed curling, bowling, and numerous trips to Redditt, ON. She also loved spending time with her cat, "Toby The Terrible." Special thanks to all the Emergency Service Personal and Janice Epp for their compassion and kindness. A memorial gathering will take place on Tuesday, November 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
