CARLOS MANUEL DE OLIVERIA IMPERADEIRO September 8, 1957 - November 6, 2002 It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Carlos, on Wednesday, November 6, 2002. Carlos was born in Portugal and came to Thompson, MB, in 1964, where he attended school and was later employed with Westfair Foods. He married Laura in 1993 and they had two children, Kelsey (1993) and Matthew (1994). In 1995 the family was transferred to Winnipeg, where he worked for Westfair Foods until October 1998, then was employed with Sobeys West. Carlos was predeceased by his father Jamie; mother Maria; father-in-law Paul; grandparents; and uncle Manuel. Left to mourn are his wife Laura; children, Kelsey and Matthew; sister Manuela; mother-in-law Gladysj; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Laura and the family would like to thank Father Gerry, many friends and relatives for all their support; also, Carloss "guys" on the reline crew and many friends from Sobeys for all they did for Carlos. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, November 12 at 7:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 13 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 135 John Forsyth Rd., St. Vital, with Rev. Fr. Gerry Ward officiating. Interment will follow in St. Vital Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in the trust fund set up for Carloss children at the Royal Bank, 1550 St. Marys Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2M 5M9. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
